What started out to be my humble way of bringing the world to Buffalo, and Buffalo to the world has very quickly evolved into a much larger mission--bringing Buffalo to Buffalo. Western New York's human, cultural, business, educational, and government resources are an embarressment of wealth that is often hidden, forgotten, or ignored. We sometimes buy and hire from across the country, rather than across the street, simply from lack of information.

The goal of Surf Buffalo is to share, showcase and market everything that Buffalo and its surrounding neighborhoods has to offer.We've made local resources easier to find by putting them in one, fun and easy to navigate site.

You will admittedly find very little unique content within these web pages. What you will find is thousands of links, to millions of pieces of information that can be accessed from a single source. In short, we link to just about everybody.

Surf Buffalo is soley intended as a vehicle for your information and enjoyment.

As a native of the Buffalo burbs, this website is more a labor of community conscience than anything else. We sincerely hope that it is as much fun for you to wade through, as it is for us to create.
