What the hell is going on here

| Hi. I currently rent from this scumbags. I live an apartment that was pretty nice at first. Then we realized that the dishwasher didn't work. We called old scumbag landlord and guess what? He "fixed it". We aren't really interested in using it anyway, so we let it slide. Summer was good, but then winter came. No matter how often we called and asked and though it was in the lease, Ol' Joe Rogalski never put the new furnace in. We also had the removal and replacement of the upper railing on the porch in there to and the railing was removed, but never replaced. Fast forward to last week- the new tenants that moved in began smoking blunts in the apartment, we could smell it in our house and have a one year old daughter. I went down and asked them to not smoke blunts in the apartment and to please take it out side. my fantastic flat mates decided to test us and kept doing it. Instead of coming over and smelling it, old Joe didnt want to deal with anything that comes with inviting scrubs into his horrible house, so he just called them. The next day i came home and it smelled like blunts again, so we called him again. Just this past thursday, there was this strange chemical smell in the hall and it was overpowering to the point that I couldn't stay here. My wife and baby girl had been gone since sunday, hoping it would clear out. I called joe and he came over and said he would take care of it. He called my wife and told her that it was "carpet cleaner" and that he had "taken care of it since he used it before they moved in". it was not carpet cleaner. Just today i called joe to fix the front lock that has been broken since the beginning of november and this dirtball said he was sick of the constant calls and gave us out 30 day notice. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS DIRTBALLL |
